Work on dispensers — the core of the E10 transition

We identify each unit and component and check it against exact manufacturer documentation before recommending any modification.

## What it is

E10 contains up to 10% ethanol. Compatibility is not determined by the age of the station or the dispenser brand alone. It must be checked by product number, model, configuration, material and the blend listed by the manufacturer.

## Applicable standards

[Resolution MIPRE-2026-0010986](https://www.gacetaoficial.gob.pa/storage/gacetas/2026/03/30490_B/101721.pdf), published on March 25, 2026, suspended the implementation planned for April 1, 2026 until the necessary technical, regulatory and market conditions exist. The resolution also voided the previous schedule.

No new effective implementation date appears in the official source located. The resolution states that the National Energy Secretariat must establish a new schedule and its conditions through a reasoned resolution.
