Hermeticity certification

Your station's hermeticity is certified by the Fire Department of Panama (BCBRP), through its National Directorate of Fire Safety, Prevention and Investigation (DINASEPI). We keep testing and documentation current so your station keeps operating without findings.
What it is
The official station hermeticity certificate is issued by the Fire Department (DINASEPI). It attests that underground tanks, product lines and dispensing components show no leaks of vapors or flammable liquids into the environment. Validity is 3 years for service stations.
We work on the installed equipment — Wayne dispensers, Healy valves — and deliver the technical memorial and documentation DINASEPI requires for inspection and ruling.
Applicable standards
Authority over hermeticity, fire prevention and fuel-operation permits rests with the Fire Department (BCBRP), created byLaw 10 of March 16, 2010. The technical basis is NFPA 30(flammable and combustible liquids) andNFPA 30A (service stations).
The National Energy Secretariat's (SNE) role is different: energy policy, fuel quality and metrology. When a tank fails the tightness test, the SNE is notified within 24 hours.
Process
- 01Initial assessment of the station: tanks, lines and dispensers.
