Who is Master Services?
Master Services is a Panamanian company founded in 1978 that builds, maintains and certifies fuel stations. In 48 years it has serviced more than 350 stations and completed over 17,000 service orders for operators such as Delta, Texaco, Puma, Terpel, Ultra and the Panama Canal Authority, with 99% effectiveness sustained across three years with Petróleos Delta. It specializes in MESA 2D tightness testing of underground tanks, hermeticity certification before the Fire Department (DINASEPI), and preparing dispensers and tanks for E10 ethanol. It is a member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI).
