Who we are

Who is Master Services?

Master Services is a Panamanian company founded in 1978 that builds and maintains fuel-station infrastructure. It performs tightness tests with the MESA 2D method and prepares supporting technical documentation for procedures before the Fire Department (DINASEPI). It also assesses equipment compatibility with ethanol blends by component, model and manufacturer documentation. The implementation planned for April 2026 is suspended and has no new active date as of September 4, 2026. Master Services is a member of the Petroleum Equipment Institute (PEI).

Diagnosis of the station and equipment condition before any work begins.
Dispensers, tanks and lines under inspection.

MESA 2D tightness test
A nonvolumetric method that applies a vacuum and analyzes acoustic signals and water ingress.
The report records the test scope, conditions and result.

Hermeticity certification (Fire Dept.)
Technical testing and documentation for hydrocarbon inspection and certification before the Fire Department (DINASEPI).
