SNE regulation
SNE Certification
Compliance before the National Energy Secretariat. We keep your documentation and testing current so your station keeps operating without findings.
What it is
The National Energy Secretariat (SNE) requires periodic tightness testing and current documentation from service stations in Panama. SNE certification attests that the underground tanks, product lines and dispensers of your station meet the operational and safety requirements applicable to fuel storage and dispensing.
We work on the installed equipment — Wayne, Tokheim, Gilbarco dispensers, Healy valves — and deliver the documentation the SNE expects to receive, in the format it expects to receive it.
Applicable standards
The SNE is the competent authority for fuel stations at the national level. Tightness and operating obligations derive from the regulatory framework in force issued by the SNE.
⚠️ The exact citation of resolutions and decrees in force is pending verification ingacetaoficial.gob.pa before publishing this page. We do not list resolution numbers until confirming them in the official source.
Process
