Glossary

Vapor recovery

A system that returns to the truck the vapors displaced when filling the tank, and captures vapors while fueling. It reduces fire risk and emissions.

Tightness

The condition of a tank or line with respect to product entering or leaving it. A test evaluates a defined scope under the method conditions and documents the result.
